  • I'm writing this because I'm unable to sleep due to the loud music being played at the pool outside my room. I can hear noise from my above and next door neighbors and the doors slam quite loudly. The housekeeping staff doesn't clean rooms unless you pay a $15 fee each time, they drop sheets and towels off and leave them on your stuff. The staff sometimes do not know the answers to my questions and then they do not make an effort to find out or they give me incorrect information. I've requested things (like an extra blanket and kleenex, why were these not in the room already?) that do not show up unless I call a second time. On the positive side the deep tissue massage was great (I saw Amanda). They also have cooking equipment in the room which has been helpful. I'm feeling surprised that a resort that costs as much as they cost per night would have the quality people and services that they have. I've stayed at motels that have had better accommodations and more professional staff. I'm going to be departing early as I want an environment that will support me enjoying my vacation.
