My car was involved in a highway accident and between my insurance and enterprise, I was in a rental car by the end of the day. Even though I called an hour before close, they were quick and polite, and got me going as soon as possible. The whole team was sensitive to my situation and made the end of a very stressful day quick and painless.
Kate, in particular, was multi-tasking phone calls and several customers, including one man who was irrationally upset and yelling at her because of his own unpreparedness. He was rude and belittling, and she never lost her cool. She was firm regarding the safety of her customers, including him, and had to repeatedly apologize to the rest of the lobby for this man's outbursts. She was professional and quite frankly, bad ass.
