  • beware! we bought a home from these shady people 2 years ago and in the first week we had 3 leaks, even the plumbing company (focus plumbing) that worked for woodside homes that came out to fix the leaks, said "the individual who did the plumbing in this house should be fired. all of the faucets dripped after 3 months. we upgraded our insulation and that was a complete waste of money, it sounds like there is no insulation. whenever it rains the water leaks through every window and sliding glass door in the house. the garage door stopped working after 3 months, you still have to hold down the button until it completely closes. every time the a/c unit turns on there's a loud cracking noise in the attic. the a/c units shut down after 1 week of living here because there was a leak of antifreeze coming out of the pipes, that had to be welded shut. there are several bumps in the ceiling, the microwave was installed improperly. cheap, low quality, no care this house is just horrible quality and wouldn't recommend a woodside home to my worst enemy. and the overall buying experience from marshelle was a nightmare. she was so rude, argumentative, and uncaring for someone who made a real nice commission check from us. the superintendents miguel and juan should be fired for making such low quality crap thrown together.
