This has got to be the WORST customer service experience I've had eating a full dinner with a friend at the bar at Casey Jones AND I still tipped even with a bad attitude and inattentive service AT BEST from the bartender M. To begin with, he never acknowledges your presence the minute you sit down although he knows you are there. No smile, no greeting. You had to literally beg him to not only take our dinner order but the worst was to continually flag him down to get our bill so we could leave!! I gave him my cc upon arrival and had to get his attention AGAIN to let him know he already had my card in which he argued with me that he did not. He then realized he did have it after all. The tipping point came when he ROLLED HIS EYES at us as if we were putting him out to pay our bill because it was a work day and we needed to go home. WOW !! Never had to beg to pay an 80.00 dinner tab before or just get his attention period. Perhaps M needs to learn how important customer service is if they want patrons back. There are other Packers bars around and our family and friends won't be back. Again the WORST attitude and customer service experience from a bartender ever. One bad apple...
