| - Tried this dessert place with my friends. It's located inside the same strip mall where Goyemon is at. Plenty of parking spaces. The place has a nice decor. Very cute and instagram worthy. It has a nice atmosphere to hang out with your friends. We shared a matcha hong kong waffle with matcha ice cream ($6.95), a honey toast with sea salt ice cream ($7.95), and a matcha red bean cake with blackberry sauce ($5.95). For drinks, I had their iced matcha latte ($4.25). I love my matcha lol! The dessert I liked most was the red bean cake. It has a subtle, light flavor and not too sweet. Very much a Japanese type of a dessert, which is my favorite. The hong kong waffle is good, but then again it's a hong kong waffle. It's hard to mess that up! The honey toast was meh. Not enough honey. Sea salt ice cream just tasted like a caramel ice cream to me. The iced matcha latte was average. Nothing special. Service was below average. We had to keep asking for our water to be refilled. This is one of those places that is pretty to look at and has pretty looking desserts and drinks, but that's about it. You pay for the look, not for the taste. To me, that's not worth it. I'd rather spend my money somewhere else. In conclusion, it's a place you want to try once because you love food, you're curious, and you keep seeing nice looking pictures. Would you come back? Most likely not. I know I won't.
