  • Having been to Wvrst many times and loving the bun which their sausages are served in, I read the story of Wvrst and found out that their buns come from Golden Wheat in Little Italy. I'm not in that area often but I finally made a point to go in and pick up some stuff before heading home after a Saturday morning run to Hey Meatball. From Golden Wheat, I ordered 2 buns and since some of my group stayed for a drink, I also ordered a medium coffee and a Portugese tart. When they rang in the total, to my surprise, it was only $3.30. When it actually came time to consuming my purchase, the bun was as I remembered it at Wvrst and both the coffee and tart were delicious. This place deserves its rating based on both quality and price. I just wish I lived closer.
