  • Had to take my Odyssey here a year ago for an extended warranty service issue. Even though I wasn't a customer of theirs, and hadn't purchased my vehicle from them, the entire staff was friendly and extremely helpful. They even provided me a vehicle to drive while mine was being repaired. So when I had to purchase a new vehicle after the van was totaled, I immediately knew I wanted to check here first. One trip, four hours, and not only did I drive away with a new car but the entire experience was an absolute breeze due to the incredible service we received. In particular our salesmen (Mark) and the business manager (Shelly) took extra time to answer every question we had and really make sure that we left that night with all of the information we could possibly need. If you're in the market for a car, I absolutely recommend a Honda - and more specifically a Honda from Findlay.
