  • Olivier is a master at cutting men's hair. When it comes to men's hair, anyone can do it but very few actually do it well. Olivier knows what he is doing, takes the time to get it right, and provides some much needed style in the process. I tried a couple other salons in the Shadyside area that weren't up to par before finding a home with Olivier. As another poster pointed out, the service is HORRIBLE! I have called a couple time sto make appointments, spoken to someone who for some reason couldn't make an appointment on the spot, and then suffered some confusion as to whether I had an appointment or not, resulting in double bookins and other issues. Never has a place needed to work on their customer service so badly. My wife actually stopped going there for this reason alone.
