  • According to Discount Tires database , I have been purchasing tires from them since 2003. 14 years. I always make appointments. Today was a simple purchase a new tire. I sliced the sidewall open on a curb. The front desk said 30 minutes it actually took 1 hour. In reality the drove my car in the repair stall 50 minutes after the appointment time. 10 minutes to replace the tire. This place in unprofessional and are not consumer friendly. Avoid this place at all cost. Compared to Discount Tires in Southern California these guys are really bad!! I'll go to their competition next tire.
