  • Came in a few months ago complaining of battery dying and the smell and light headed feeling of exhaust coming into my cabin. I was returned my car with an excuse from your employee saying that Auto Zone isn't credited enough to tell me something like that. My car then broke down in the wrong neighborhood in the middle of the night. I was on the side of the road waiting for a tow in the middle of the night. I have spent hundreds on Uber because I sadly broke down right before Labor day weekend and could not get a rental until the following Thursday. I then receive a voicemail from your employee telling me that the car is ready and had melted catalytic converter was melted and is the reason I have been breathing in exhaust for months. I feel so burned for buying a new Hyundai. I will let my friends know. Please don't contact me. I have had issues with you in the past and your apology isn't welcome here.
