  • Used these guys for the last couple of years and was never really satisfied but it was okay because they would give me a veterans discount so it wasn't too expensive. Couple of weeks ago I paid extra to have my truck hand washed, watched it go through the tunnel, then was told by the manager on duty that he would pay to have my truck waxed. Came back, no dice. Okay whatever not a big deal. Used to be I could get the rubber mats in my truck cleaned for 2.00 a mat, now it is 20.00. Never going back and I am cancelling my monthly quick washes for both of my cars but low and behold when I try to do that online it errors out and I am told a rep will call me and when I look for a number to call on the website, none to be found. Never trust a business that doesn't want your phone call. I will find a mobile detailer who wants to wash both twice a month for a set fee and call it good.
