I'm a regular at Chicago's - we usually dine here on Friday or Saturday nights on an almost weekly basis. We like it because it's only about 10 min from our house and the food is consistent.
We order mostly the same things (not all at one time of course) .. LOL
Brew BQ Burger, Sliders (Black and Bleu and Chicken Cordon Bleu), Deep Dish pizza, Steak Fries appetizer, Steamed Clams, French Onion Soup, Clam Chowder. On occasion - I'll order the Philly cheesesteak and although it's not a replacement for a real cheesesteak - it is a pretty good sandwich.
One thing that I really like about this place is that the waitstaff doesn't turn over often - so if you are a regular like us, you know that you are going to get decent, cordial, consistent service.
Although we aren't big drinkers - you can't beat their beer prices. I'm a fan of the stout beer and for $4 - it's a really great deal.
Chicago's is not a trendy place nor is it a dive - but you'll get a consistent, reasonably priced meal every time you go.
