  • unfortunately we didn't get a chance to get our piercings done here. i should have known it would be a huge waste of time when after calling numerous times throughout the day and receiving the same voice mail mssg with a mans voice stating today is tuesday feb 20 and our hours...... um no it wasn't feb 20. today is march 13. goodness. we drove up here (24 miles) arrived at 6:45 (they close at 7:30) just to be told the piercer left early since it was his bday. really? REALLY?!?!?!!! y'all close at 7:30, how much earlier did this person need??? the cluster f**ckery didn't end there. what really irritated to the the next level was the lady's nonchalant flippant attitude. we told her we'd been calling to confirm and was met with voicemail numerous times she actually looked at us like we were koo-koo and explained very slowly (as if she were talking to a brain dead 3 yr old) that she just got off the phone and there was nothing wrong with it. OK lady whatever you say. so we left to get our piercings elsewhere. where they answer the phone. and stay open past kids bedtimes.
