I will continue to take my business else where... from bad experiences dealing with Chapman Dodge on Sahara and Boulder with financing a lemon Durango, with hustler like Rick who was the most recent finance manager, to dealing with simple service request on my current Chrysler 200 with your establishment, that I happen to purchase from Planet Mazda where they said I can take my car to any Dodge/Chrysler dealership to get my service done on my vehicle without hassle. But instead of going through a hassle, you guys attempt to hustle me. When a customer ask for a certain particular service they expect just that. I didn't ask for brakes, I get that done elsewhere because dealerships charge more money for T&L then any place else. So, Thanks but no thanks. One bad experience is enough.
