  • I'm giving this a 3 star it has its ups and downs. 1st checking the girl was some what rude. I requested a refrigerator when I made reservations, didn't get it till 2nd nite. Then when trying to communicate with house keeping, they spoke no English and totally ignored me. Room got half way cleaned not cool. They didn't even empty the trash. The casino and bars were really nice. Tequila bar was very nice. Thanks South point for the experience.
