  • I had my AC go out late Saturday night. After suffering through the worst Sunday ever I decided to call Ken on Monday morning. I called about 7 am and asked him to come by any time after 11 so my brother could meet him. He showed up at about 11:15. My brother was very happy he did not have to wait long in my house, seeing as it was about 86 degrees at that point. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed by noon for under $150. He could have been dishonest and charged me much, much more. I was expecting to pay a lot more. Many fiends with the same problem have reported paying well over a thousand. My AC works like a charm now. I will use him again for any future AC needs and would recommend him to family and friends. An honest contractor in this state is a rare thing.
