So let me start by saying that the workout is AMAZING! I see results and love that the workouts are different every day. With that said I'm not confident on how they run their memberships and staff. I signed up for a 8 day a month membership and explained that I am relocating soon so I didn't want to extend after the 1 month. They told me it would be $89 for the 8 classes....Well I look at my bank statement and they took out $99. Yes it was only $10 but I was quite irritated that they lied. I called and they said they would refund the $10 so I was like great! Not so fast....the manager calls me a few days later and explains to me that oh well it won't let me refund you so we will keep it on your account and you can use it towards your next month. Wasn't the happiest but fine it will work. I continue the workouts which are awesome and fun and always different. So it's time for me to purchase another month. I go up to the girl at the front desk and she explains to me that they can't credit me the $10 towards this. I was pretty calm for all the other conversations about this until now. She then precedes to tell me that I signed where it was $99 and so that's why they took it out. I was like Oh Really? There was no place that said $89 you were giving me that on a deal. Then she tells me she can't give me the credit because they can't do it in the computer. I use to work retail so I get it...you BS the client until they go away. I told her I want to speak to the manager the following day. I called and the manager immediately got an attitude with me and I did get loud because how dare you speak to a paying customer that way. I told her I want to speak to her boss. He calls me and explains to me that since I cancelled a class and that I got a extra fee class in the beginning (which was due to the heart monitor not working) that he wants to help me out. So right there I was DONE! If Orange Theory needs the $10 so flipping badly they can shove it. Obviously they need it more than myself. Point of the story is read carefully what your contract says and make sure the front desk don't sell you on a membership that isn't what you signed up for. I will recommend for the workout and honestly they are lucky they have a great workout because I would have quit this membership.
