  • I joined Kaia in June 2014 and have had huge success. I found a Fitness company that not only does intense HIIT workouts, but incorporates Yoga (Flow), a running program and strength training with weights, they have classes with nutritional training and guest speakers who specialize in specific health and fitness related fields. Classes are fun and flexible, members are family oriented and a blast to be around, the Gym is conveniently located and we make use of the Kellogg Zaher Soccer fields and trails nearby. I especially love Saturday's Power Hour and Thursday's Flow, which keeps me grounded and centered, I also enjoy the volunteer work they always invite us to be a part of. Joining KAIA FIT has become so much more than just getting in shape, I found a fitness family, who encourage me to keep up with my fitness goals and are there to support me in all the other aspects in my life. It truly is empowering to know you are Strong, Beautiful and Capable of anything you set your mind to... and KAIA FIT has helped me recognize this! So, from just starting out to already being in shape, you'll love this Women's only Fitness Group!
