  • Diagnosed with cancer and I was in communication about returning a violin for my daughter. I was threatened with collection etc over $20 balance. I was across town and sick so it took me a couple months to return it. Not understanding at all even though I was in communication. The violin was nice she got though and she got to pick the colors of her pads etc. but customer service is important and the older man was nice. The Asian lady was not.
