  • Went twice to do an oil change in which both times when oil change service were due months apart I ask them the check my brakes because I heard some grinding. They told me that they checked the brakes and the brakes had about 50% left. I took my BMW to another place and they told me that my brake pads are practically gone and had dug into the rotors. $650 later. I'll never service my car with this company again and I wouldn't recommend anyone do so either. When I take my car to an auto service w money in had prepared to pay I expect that service to be done. Not pay for it later when money is tight. Last time I'll give new guys a chance.
