  • The best barbecue in Charlotte (and I eat a lot of barbecue). I take all of my Charlotte visitors here. Get there early if you want the ribs - they sell out most nights! I personally prefer the classic pulled pork but you can't go wrong. Order your meat plain and ask for all the sauces on the side to try.
