  • PROCEED WITH CAUTION - while the staff is courteous the non Cedar shutters are coming from a factory in CA and are awful. Shutter Shaque needs to rethink using this factory. I am going on weeks with paper covers over my window due to the panels needing repair. Please note that this is not one window but all windows with issues on all panels. Repairs were attempted at the factory and sent back and the report from Shutter Shaque is that they are not acceptable and now one of the louvers is broken. I see no end in sight and just wish they would give me a complete refund at this point.
