I went in to get a Gift Certificate for a friend for his birthday. I do not own a Harley but he does and he is hoping to purchase a new LED headlight. So I was supporting the cause. I don't mind Harley's they are just way to heavy for me; but I have to tell you that the showroom is GYNORMOUS which allows for a lot of opportunity to peruse Harley merchandise and the bikes of course. It seems that they promote the Road King far above others so you get to see a lot of regular versions vs. custom paint options etc. I believe they had a Trike on display as well (don't quote me on that one, I just thought I saw one). Additionally, their display of 'Harley thru the years' is magnificent as well. It displays a lot of the history with the brand over the years.
BTW the customer service was impeccable. Don't let the size of the showroom fool you, there are associates there to check and make sure you are seeing what you want to see or getting what you need to get.
