  • Awful! Bars on the doors locking you in like a cage entrance. I was hesitant about going into such a locked in establishment - I didn't know this was the ghetto nor did they have any fine jewelry on display. Customer service was horrific! The jeweler {Mark} was arrogant and disrespectful and offered less than scrap gold value for over $10,000 worth in appraisals. As I was leaving a man entered and the jeweler said more problems with your watch to the other customer- obviously they sell crapy products. Stay away from this place- if I could I would give it a negative star. This business will be closing soon, it lacks customer service and ethics not to mention quality jewelry.
