  • Total lack of internal communication. After many calls finally got hold of someone in the office. Was told will send someone to look at my waranty repair but could not give any date. Week later my neighbor called me someone is on the roof. By the time I got home (20 min) he was gone. Repeated request to get someone to repair my leak was lost in the front office.
