  • Wow. Just wow. Me and a work buddy were looking for something new for Friday lunch and were wanting something bistro/hibachi/mongolian-esque. So we settled on this based on reviews and the three of us wanted something spicy. We knew it was a build your own bowl place but had no idea what to expect. When we got there we noticed it had a hipster vibe and looked generic, but trust me, that is just there to draw in more audiences. The waiter was super friendly and explained to us the bowl sizes. We all opted for the large. When you get up to the bar, the choices are a little overwhelming. I'm going to tell you now. Don't worry about satisfying palette combinations as it all comes out meshing well together in the end despite your preconceived notions about stir fry. The first time we went in order and it is a bit hard to get a good amount of veggie combos on top of the meat. The second time I learned you can do veggies first which it is much easier to stack the comparable slimy meats together. You can literally stack as high as possible( the serving dish is easily 5 times the volume). You can even arrange broccoli to expand the walls of your bowl to make it hold more. Be wary of the spices and sauces and the first trip me and my buddies were literally sweating. The bowls are a lot of food even without proper stacking techniques. They even let you take home extras. The only downside is shrimp costs extra but you can make a fire dish after a couple of trips. It's amazing and great for the family. Definitely recommend.
