  • I knew it wasn't truly "4 star" as advertised but I didn't expect 2 star. My list of complaints is too long to catalogue here but, if you are over 25 and accustomed to above average hotels, make a different choice. The management did nothing to address my complaints (e.g., I asked for regular, not (more) pant, hangers and ended up with 10+ pant hangers but nothing to hang a shirt on).
