  • I came a little early to my appointment, hoping to be seen earlier, but actually was roomed about 30 mins after my appointment time. Totally understandable since this is an OBGYN office. I mean if I can wait an hour for food somewher I can definitely wait 30 mins for my healthcare. Front desk staff was really nice. It would have been nice to have been updated that the MD was behind though. This was my first time seeing Dr. Paul. He was great! Great bedside manner. I felt very comfortable speaking to him about my personal gyn issues. Even though he was behind, he took the time to explain everything thoroughly and in an easy way to understand. I wish I could find a primary care provider like him. The only thing that was weird is the set up when having my vitals taken. It was kinda awkward sitting in front of a bunch of medical staff getting blood pressure taken. It was super noisy too. It seems as though the set up should be more secluded and away from patients as you could see patient records and hear everything. Also the little refreshment table out in waiting room was cool but actually offered no refreshments.
