| - I should preface this by saying that I have not been to the shout house for the piano duel; this review is strictly for the restaurant.
We came here before a PHX coyotes game and the shout house happened to be the only restaurant around without a long wait (that should have been a sign). We were seated quickly, but were given a very limited menu: the Game Menu. With only a few options, we ordered a burger, chicken fingers, a caesar salad, and nachos. It took over 45 minutes to receive our food even though they weren't crowded. The food was poor. Nothing stood out and it wasn't worth the money or the wait.
Our waitress was nice enough and apologized for the wait time. She expedited the bill before we even got our food because she knew we would be rushing to the game. However, the customer service we received from the other staff was far from average. As we were finishing up, someone else (another server, a manager, I'm not sure), approached our table and asked if we could move because a large reservation was coming in. I told her we were leaving in a couple minutes and she seemed unsatisfied with this response. She was rude, the food was bad, the wait was unjustified: I will not be coming back to this place.
