rev:text	Terrible customer service!! Barker Lounge is the highest rated pet stay and grooming in Charlotte and has way better amenities for your pet. They also have an incredible staff!! At Social Pet, I made an appointment for my puppy to get get groomed over the phone. All I wanted was a simple bath and fluff for my Pomeranian and the staff member who answered the phone suggested a puppy trim so I agreed to get that too. I called the next day to come in at a later time than scheduled and personally spoke to the groomer who said that my dog was not scheduled for a puppy trim, but only for grooming which was weird but that was what I originally wanted to begin with. When I brought my dog in for the scheduled time, they told me that they couldn't take my dog in. I explained to the girl at the door (the same girl who I spoke to on the phone when making the appt.) that I confirmed the time with the groomer to come in at the later so she went back to speak to the groomer only to come back out to say that they were overbooked and can reschedule me again. They could have had the decency to call me if they couldn't take him in at the time or if they made a mistake in scheduling. I drove almost 40 minutes for them to tell me that they couldn't take my dog in when I had already made an appointment. It's okay though, my dog will be going to Barker Lounge from now on. It's a much better facility with better everything than Social Pet & also kind people who I can trust with my pet.
