My abs hurt. My arms hurt. The area underneath my buttcheeks hurt. So all in all...this class is a success. I'm a fan of Pure Barre (PB) from waaaaaaaay back when the craze was new and all the stroller mommies were doing this to keep in shape, per the advice of Shape (Magazine). Now, you still get the mommies. But there's also the nice older lady who just wants to stay fit, the executive stopping in on Saturday morning, and a lowly writer-type who loves food, yet also loves fitting into any type of jeans that aren't the mom type.
So PB you got me hooked. Again. I'll be back when my left ab feels like it's not trying to murder me from within.
