WORST customer service ever. I got there one night and paying the bill, I was told my credit card was declined. So I gave another one. The day after I checked my bank account and noticed I was charged on BOTH cards. I called and I was told to wait few days and the charge on the first card would have disappeared. I waited... nothing changed. I wanted to talk with the manager, but apparently this guy is NEVER available. I called and went there in person several times with my bank statements printed out, none could solve the issue. Eventually spoke with the manager, who told me to send to his email copy of my bank accounts with the statement showing (like I have all this time to waste? Do they think Im making this whole deal up for 26$? What about giving me a free meal and PEACE OUT?). I did emailed him all documents...He NEVER answered back. Called again, he was not at the restaurant. I'm so pissed that I've wasted all this time and got robbed. It's just unfair. Be aware of how they treat their clients!
