  • CROOKS! The annual fee to "lock in the rate" was never disclosed when I signed. As other people have said the locker rooms are disgusting, and I have never seen any staff cleaning any of the equipment - Cardio machines are filthy, and in general the gym is not maintained/kept clean. I should have known that for the monthly amount seeming reasonable that this gym would hit you with hidden charges. One would think that when my credit card company and I disputed the charge that they would be wise enough to waive it one time, and continue to have me be a member - instead they received a cancellation, and won't get any more money from me - clearly they are poorly managed if they have to make a profit of hidden charges rather than recurring revenue and word of mouth referrals.
