I was wildly curious about the rolled ice cream and am a little sad to say that one try was enough for me.
Visited on a quiet Thursday night. A single serving was around $6.50 with tax. It took more than 15 minutes from ordering for my friend and I to actually have rolled ice cream in our hands. There were delays with the machinery and the employees.
The ice cream is made by pouring a mix on cold stainless steel, mixing it around with add-ins, spreading it thin, and slicing and rolling it. It was interesting to watch and not what I expected.
I'm glad we chose strawberry (called pink) because actual strawberries were added (not fresh). Other flavors were created with powdered ingredients. While there were many topping to choose from, there wasn't much of any topping actually added. The ice cream didn't leave much room in the container for toppings.
The atmosphere wasn't great. While it was clean with some seating, it was warm inside, and the decor was a little scattered. A couple of the employees were wearing shorts that were shorter than their aprons.
I'd spend my dollars and my time on other ice cream.
