  • After dealing with a flat tire in the morning we knew it was time to get brand new tires on the car. So after looking around my husband choose to come here. Their tire sale they are having is buy 3 get 1 free. So that is what we did. They close at 6 pm. We showed up around 5:45 pm. The guy my husband spoke with said it would be fine if we showed up a little late. When we showed up the guy who said it would be OK was not there. We were greeted by Curtis. He was very nice and and helpful. Although it was close to closing time he was more than happy to help us out and get us our tires. They changed our tires, I want to say in less than 30 mins. They were very fast. Maybe its because they wanted to get home, Nonetheless I was very pleased. I do got to admit that I was very iffy about the place. The reviews on here are not the best. However i feel people only review when they got something to complain about. These guys did a great job! We were very pleased with our service. Thanks again to the guys at Big O who took us in last minute. We really appreciate it!
