| - Absolutely horrible! Do not contract with this company if you have a choice! In our case we had a new home built in Tuscany Village, and we had absolutely no choice in the matter. I should have known Floor Designs of was bad news when on the day of our walk-through the tile guys were in our brand new home reinjecting the grout because it was discolored...long story short, the morning after we move in, I discover that the grout in my laundry room, my master bathroom, and my second bathroom is beginning to crumble. I called the CSM In my community immediately. It took three weeks for a guy from the company to come fix it, and by the time he showed up, many of my tiles were loose and lifting in all three areas. What is worse is that the guys who came out failed to pull up all of the tile (as they were supposed to) instead they took the lazy way out and did not lay new tile in my master toilet nook, so they had to come out a second time to re-lay that tile. The guy in charge of the grout really did not know what he was doing. He re-grouted many of the areas in my two bathrooms with a completely different color grout! If I noticed it right away, I know for sure he noticed it. This time around Flooring Designs of Nevada did not even come to fix the problem. The CSM actually mixed up the grout to match the other grout in my house. Then he spent several hours painstakingly re-grouting the areas that the "professionals" had refused to re-do!!! Around the same time that all this with my tile was happening, I began to notice that my carpet was buckling badly in four areas in my loft. Once again the good-for-nothings at Floor Designs of Nevada not only refused to remedy their shoddy work, but they refused to acknowledge there was even an issue with the carpet! The guy said that buckling was normal with wear...I had only been in my BRAND NEW HOME FOR SIX MONTHS!!! Once again it was the CSM in my community that came to the rescue, he had the carpet in my loft super stretched, but the damage was done...My carpets have four distinct and unattractive bumpy lines, one of them runs the entire length of my loft...I am highly upset to know that thia company is still in business and continues to do such disastrous work. This is our dream home, but the flooring issues over the past 10 months caused by shoddy work on the part of Floor Designs of Nevada have made it a nightmare. They do not seem to care about their reputation, and I am guessing it is because they are the lowest priced flooring company which keeps contracts coming in. I had no choice in the flooring company for my home, but if you do TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!
