  • I have been a customer since 2012. Over the last year I'm suddenly getting charged $25 a month for a basic checking account. Because of that I went to close my account and I have been sitting in the chair for an hour and a half waiting for assistance. I'm writing this review right now to kill the time. The only reason why I'm waiting is because I want my account closed this bad.
