We stopped in on a Thursday evening around 6pm. I expected to wait as the seating is very limited, but we got lucky and were seated right away. There are only 5 tables and bar seating. So expect a wait on a busy night!
We ordered the tonkotsu ramen, fried rice, pork belly bowl and a side of kimchi. The ramen is very reasonably priced. $6.95-7.95 not including any add ins (seasoned egg, nori, corn, etc). The pork belly bowl was so good. The meat was tender and very flavorful. I absolutely loved the broth in the ramen. It was rich and not too salty.
The service was really quick. It was a bit warm inside but it's summer in Vegas and they have an open kitchen.
Next time I'm craving ramen, I will definitely be back!
