I'm not a gourmet or dessert snob or anything, but this is the best chocolate I've ever had. When Claude and Ellie (the previous owners) retired and sold the business, I was concerned that the quality or approach might suffer, but it's still great stuff, and now they stay open most of the summer, as well as adding some baked goods to their menu. They haven't perfected the animated, anti-establishment rants that Claude was known for, but they have time.
The only downside is that they have ruined me for normal, cheap chocolate. It's hard to go back to Hershey's after tasting bliss....
