  • I came in for a manicure and pedicure in the middle of the day. The place was clean with a few ladies also getting their nails done so I thought that was a good sign. I picked my color, and they led me to the pedicure stations in the back. A young looking guy started on my nails, and a young lady was helping him. They both looked young, and seemed confused but I thought they were new so I totally didn't mind. As he started on my pedicure, the lady got a wooden plank and laid it across the chair and started doing my nails. She burnt me twice while taking off my nail polish. I was getting frustrated but she was nice and because of the age I didn't say anything. I was so uncomfortable, my clothes were getting dirty because she was doing my nails, she was burning me with the nail tools, the gentlemen doing my pedicure took about an hour just to take off the old gel polish. 2 1/2 hours later I walk out with nails that look like a high school girl did it. Not impressed, not happy, never going back ever again.
