| - I've been here several times to grab snacks for the day since my office is right around the corner, I've never needed a "bag". Today, I ran in really quick because I needed to grab 6 bottles of water. My cashier, Greg, had asked if I needed a box. Not knowing they didn't have any type of bag (yes, there are more than just plastic BAGS in this world), he told me they were a bagless store because of economical reasons- yes, I understand why. While he and the other very nice girl (forgot to get her name, but thanks for not being rude!) boxed up my waters, she had handed me a flyer telling me that there were specials in there and more info about Earth Day, which I really appreciated and thanked her. I grabbed my box of waters to leave and as I was walking out I see/hear Greg grab the other box (that was too small) and tossed it over with the other boxes and says "yayyy Earth Day.. the girl who asks for a plastic bag". Not only was that a rude comment to make, but I was deeply offended that he categorized and judged me for asking for a bag. Did I ask for a plastic bag? No, I said "just a bag will be okay". And even if I did ask for a plastic bag, you should have enough courtesy, being in retail, to not spew out your rude comments about a customer loud enough for them to hear. I drive out of my way all the time because of the great customer service different stores/restaurants provide. Now, I'll be more than happy to drive to Whole Foods or Sprouts to have a better experience where my "plastic bags" are found.
