| - My family and I are on an indefinite family emergency visit in Phoenix due to my dad needing radiation chemotherapy treatments at the Mayo Clinic; We tried to get temporary housing at the last minute, at just about every hotel and motel in Phoenix, for a decent rate and one which could accommodate my dad's wheelchair. Unfortunately, the majority of all those hotels and motels were charging Mafia extortion-level rates and couldn't accommodate us for the long time we needed (due to it being peak vacation season during the January timeframe). Luckily, Sierra Ranch Apartments were kind and reasonable enough to take us in! We are renting 2 fully furnished 1 bedroom apartments and are liking the accommodations so far! The Administrative Office staff (Christy, Kara, Cody)we have been working with to get whatever maintenance done to our units, have been so wonderfully quick, efficient and caring in their responses to all our requests, large or small! Also, I love the roomy 3rd floor 1 bedroom unit they provided us with, which has 2 small balconies with decks, its own washer and dryer, kitchen with fridge, microwave and dishwasher, plus free WI FI and real good satellite TV channel selections! We have not had any problems with roaches, dog poop, garbage collection, nor noisy Jerry Springer audience-type neighbors, either/thankfully!! I also love the 24-hour gym, the business center which has computers one can use, the outdoor tennis court and badminton court, and the outdoor pool! Another cool thing is that Sierra Ranch is across the street or within quick driving distance from Fry's Groceries, Walmart, Target, Costco, and a bunch of different restaurants ranging from McDonalds, Wendy's, Taco Bell, plus various Mexican, Chinese and Mediterranean restaurants! Anyway, Sierra Ranch's professionalism and attentiveness has, so far, made this tough time for my family and me, a bit more easier to deal with! Thank you, Sierra Ranch Team, for your amazing service and support!!!!
