rev:text	I have dealt with this company for about 8 years now. While they collected on 1 of my debts, they missed 2 others completely and rarely returned phone calls or provided any status. I had to call every few months just to remind them to take the next step. I had a new collection from a tenant and the intake person wouldn't respond either. There must be a better collector that cares. It's frustrating to deal with these guys so I am taking my collections elsewhere.
