I am beyond disgusted with this theater. Until last night it was my favorite one in Phoenix. I lost my keys while watching a late show. When I got to my car in the very hot parking garage I realized I had set my keys down Inside the theater and needed to go get them. When I walked back in to ask them if anybody turned a set of keys in. They said no, without even checking. So I made my way back to the theater to look for them. They of course weren't there. Knowing full well I had them in the theater, I asked the man at the ticket counter to please get on the walkie and ask any of his co workers. He rudely refused and stated they didn't have them. At this point I am very upset as I know they were there. I attempt to go look again in the theater when I am cornered by two more employees who tell me I need to leave, my belongings aren't their responsibility and they don't have them. ( all in disgustingly rude tone) I am in tears at this point as I know they are here and they refuse to look. 1 hour later (now 10:30) pm I am forced to call a Lyft to take me home where I am meeting a locksmith ( my apartment key was also in them). I am charged 150 dollars for the door to be unlocked.
Fast forward to today, I go back in and ask a new person at the ticket counter if they have my keys. Immediately he says no. I lie and say. I spoke to someone in the phone last night who said they're here. He calls the manager and the manager also says no. All the while NOBDOY WILL EVEN LOOK FOR THE DAMN KEYS!! Five minutes later a girl walks out with my keys in her hand. Big surprise my keys were there the entire time and these worthless "human beings" couldn't be bothered to just locate them. Now I'm stuck with plenty of bills while they don't give two shits. Screw that.
