  • Fantastic surgery experience from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The day flowed just as they said it would. I appreciated the monitors on the walls showing the progress and when visitors were allowed = very helpful and reassuring. The volunteers were so kind and knew their jobs well. The facility was clean and in perfect working order. The parking lot and deck were well planned and easy to navigate. Even the cafeteria on the bottom floor was a nice, welcoming place that had a nice flow to it and offered far more food and drink options than you'd expect. Lots of varied items to choose from and reasonably priced. The biggest surprize of the day was the art on the walls... REALLY nice pieces (done by some of the in house doctors and nurses) that made you want to stop and look closely at them... well done and a nice distraction from the stress of the day.
