Pros: They were nice and accommodating. The atmosphere was lovely. They brought tea or coffee at the end of the service. I came in towards the end of the day, and they were still willing to give me a manicure. This was complicated by the fact that I had shellac polish on and that had to be removed, which took a while. I also liked that exfoliated that they used on my hands it smelled nice.
Cons: Sadly, I was there 90 minutes just for a regular manicure, and it did not hold up at all. The base coat that the aesthetician used was thick and sticky, and the manicure never fully dried.... I think it was due to the base coat. I don't think it could have been due to having shellac on before. I eventually had to give up on it after getting home because I needed to use my hands. Even an hour and a half later, it is just smearing, and I'm going to have to just take the polish off. In retrospect, I should have just asked them to remove the shellac and leave my nails alone, which there was basically enough time for. Sad to have spent 90 minutes and $30 for a manicure which essentially only ended up helping me get my shellac off and my nails re-shaped. I hoped it would last at least 3 days.
