  • Dr O'Neil is respectful and thorough. He listens to my concerns and explains things in a way I can understand easily. The office staff is also courteous. My issue is with the wait time. I have waited at least an hour each visit in a waiting room that's small where the only distraction is a movie and a fish tank. There is absolutely no excuse for there being an hour wait every time. I wish this office would respect the patient's time as much as we are expected to arrive on time, otherwise allow patients to come an hour after their appointment start time. I only return because the Dr I saw before Dr. O'Neil had a shorter wait time, but inferior care.
