| - I've been to this Safeway a few times, and normally it's just really slow paced and average. Today I went in to buy some sea scallops and the meat and seafood counter, I sat there for a few minutes waiting to helped and no one came. I tried to say hello, a few times to grab someone's attention if maybe they just didn't see me, and still nothing. I stood there for probably 10 minutes, and nothing. So I ask someone else that is stocking shelves if they could ask someone to go to the counter, she runs all through the back trying to find and with no luck and grabs someone else to help her find the person. Still no luck after probably another 5 minutes. Finally they tell me that they don't know where he is and to come back in 5, so I resume and grab some other things and then go back to the counter. STILL NO ONE THERE. You've got to be kidding me, finally I get fed up and ask for a manger, and I hear them call for one over the speaker, then magically out of no where this guy appears like he's been there the whole time. This pissed up, especially since no one even apologized about the matter. I had to waste nearly 30 minutes because of it and they can't even apologize. If this is how you're going to treat your customers that's pretty terrible, and the management seriously needs to take a look into some customer service training.
