  • HOTEL HAS MAJOR CONSTRUCTION HAPPENING RIGHT OUTSIDE THE WINDOW...If I could give a negative rating I would. Checked in at 2 am after traveling over 12 hours due to delays at the airport ... and low and behold banging and clammering starting at 7 am right outside my window. It cant even be drowned out by the noisy a/c unit. Called to complain and was told that I didnt ask for a quieter room....so apparently at this hotel that runs over 180 / night... you have to request a special room in order to get some rest........ DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!! THERE ARE SEVERAL OPTIONS IN DOWNTOWN TORONTO ...DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS ONE!!!!!
