  • I was not impressed with this place at all. The staff moved extremely slowly even when there are a lot of people waiting for their food, and their attitude is poor. Even though I asked for my bagel to be toasted, it was not and was a doughy mass of bread. In almost all cases I have to scrape off additional cream cheese at other bagel shops, but this place barely gave me any cream cheese. They need to drop great from their name.
